About The Position

As our Marketing Project Coordinator, you’ll be the engine that keeps multiple projects moving smoothly across teams and regions. From content and social to creative, email, co-op, and paid media, you’ll ensure deadlines are met, dependencies are managed, and everyone knows what’s next. Requirements

  • A proactive, organized professional with 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations—ideally in marketing or creative teams.
  • Obsessed with keeping projects on track, timelines clear, and documentation accurate.
  • Clear, concise, and confident in communicating across teams, regions, and time zones.
  • Anticipates problems before they become blockers and escalates appropriately.
  • Thrives in cross-functional collaboration and enjoys keeping complex initiatives moving forward efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience with Asana and Notion.
  • Strong project tracking, documentation, and timeline management skills.
  • Comfort coordinating across multiple teams, departments, and time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with near-native fluency in English.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the flow: Take full ownership of marketing project workflows in Asana and Notion, keeping everything visible, accurate, and on track.
  • Coordinate with impact: Partner across content, social, creative, email, co-op, and paid media to ensure deadlines are met and projects move seamlessly from start to finish.
  • Align across regions: Work closely with teams in Europe, Africa, and the Tropics, clearly communicating timelines, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Drive clarity and accountability: Maintain detailed project plans, track ownership, and ensure briefs, assets, approvals, and handoffs are completed on time.
  • Spot and solve: Anticipate risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints before they slow progress—and escalate strategically when needed.
  • Keep momentum: Lead project kickoffs, status updates, and follow-ups that keep work moving and teams aligned.
  • Inform and influence: Provide marketing leadership with concise, actionable updates that make decision-making easy.
  • Improve and innovate: Identify process improvements that increase speed, clarity, and consistency across the marketing organization.
