About The Position

Cox Automotive is searching for a Project Coordinator. Cox Automotive is a leading provider of automotive products and services, offering a wide range of solutions to dealers, manufacturers, and consumers. This is a 6-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a B2B project management environment
  • Strong knowledge and applicable experience in Project Management
  • Proven experience in budget management and project coordination
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related technologies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Monday.com and B2B marketing is a huge plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Enterprise Marketing Operations budget in collaboration with stakeholders and in accordance with the approved budget
  • Code and submit invoices to the A/P team
  • Monitor and track invoices, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines
  • Prepare and provide regular updates on budget performance and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
  • Work in Monday.com daily, updating items, communicating with stakeholders, creating new items, and holding team members accountable to project timelines and updates
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization to meet project goals
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare agendas, keep team members aligned to the agenda, create action items, and share detailed updates
  • Maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate information flow
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly and professionally
