About The Position

Mangan, Inc. is a nationally recognized electrical power and control systems engineering firm and is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator in Alpharetta, GA, to aid Mangan’s growing electrical power and control systems offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years project coordination experience
• Experience supporting engineering, construction, or capital projects
• Competent with MS Office Word, Excel, and Project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to work independently, but willing to seek guidance when needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with regular priority changes
• Basic understanding of project procurement, scheduling, and documentation
• Average 10% travel with willingness to travel via air

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree (Or Equivalent experience) preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Mangan Project Manager in duties for one or more projects spanning proposal generation, project kickoff, execution, and closeout.
• Assist with Won project kickoff, execution, and closeout efforts utilizing standard Mangan tools/processes/procedures; including initial development and subsequent maintenance of job safety analysis (JSA), budget, schedule, cost tracking/analysis/forecasting, change order management, client status updates, progress meetings, etc.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings
• Triage Client support calls, including those after hours, to facilitate resource assignment, timely identification of issue(s), and subsequent resolution.
• Generate dashboards, KPI reports, and weekly management reports.
• Manage project deliverables.
