Requirements

1-2 years+ of office related experience
Excellent organization skills
Capability to work in a face paced environment
Ability to learn new software

Responsibilities

Answer phones and handle incoming calls
Greet visitors to the company
Complete inner-office documentation accurately
Assist in collection of accounts receivable
Maintain timely communication of information with technicians, service providers, and estimators
