Red Nucleus is the leading provider of strategic learning, performance, and process solutions for the life sciences industry. The types of projects we work on are diverse, spanning from pre-launch to post-launch positions of a brand lifecycle, across multiple audiences. Examples include: Design and development of new drug and medical device launch curricula for sales representative and medical science liaison audiences Patient journey videos Interactive MOA animations Designing virtual clinical environments in which learners interact with HCPs and patients Workshop design, development, and live support for new product launches, national sales meetings, and plan-of-action meetings Patient, HCP, and KOL podcasts The Project Coordinator provides day-to-day client account support for managing project delivery and other administrative needs. The role is responsible for a high volume of tactical projects in addition to providing support to the Director of Project Management and all Project Managers to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of in-house creative team and related dynamics
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and requirements are a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Minimum associate degree from a two-year college
  • 1-2 years’ experience performing project management/coordination duties

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and requirements are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensures project plans and timelines for client initiatives within multiple workstreams are running according to plan
  • Works with project leads in executing specific stages of the overall plan as assigned
  • Assists teams in addressing client requests
  • Provides task-based project management support, assisting wider delivery teams in meeting day-to-day tasks, including project routing, timeline development and maintenance, and budget/hours monitoring
  • Coordinates meetings and performs other administrative tasks, including file management and reporting
  • Raises swift awareness to proactively head off issues that put projects at risk for staying on time and on budget and maintains our standards of quality and value
  • Coordinates submission preparation and conducts follow-up as necessary
  • Coordinates revisions
  • Assists with internal/client status sheets
  • Supports follow-up action items via email post meeting
  • Supports Account for sending deliverables to client/key leaders
  • Serves as back-up for day-to-day project management contact with client
  • Is fully trained on client systems and dedicated to compliance in use of these systems
  • Monitors projects to confirm milestones and deliverables are met
  • Creates and manages project folders on SharePoint for all projects
  • Complies with all corporate governance requirements, such as project information documentation and retention and compliance training
  • Uses and is compliant with required company systems and adheres to best practices and standard operation procedures as trained
  • Given the nature of the work, at times be asked to be flexible and to offer extended support outside of normal working hours to meet the business needs. This may also include weekend work
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
