The Project Coordinator will assist in the successful planning and execution, administrative and financial management of assigned projects while driving continuous improvement through the use of construction management-related technologies, processes, and procedures. Project coordination responsibilities include schedule preparation, document control, performance management of vendors, accuracy of financial forecasts that tie in to project schedules, and completion of projects according to project plans. This role will communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal business partners to support planning, project management, direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and a favorable financial outcome for assigned construction projects. The Project Coordinator will support and improve the Project Management function by driving the project workflow, including project set-up, drawing management, submittal review, punch process and project close-out through the set-up, implementation, and management of technologies such as ProCore.
