Our rich diversity of people and ideas makes us a stronger, more innovative organization The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Project Management and Construction teams in Mission Critical construction organization. Responsibliities will include reporting for P&L review, document control for preconstruction activities, supporting procurement, ensuring permits are in place, helping to organize the teams, and other duties as the group scales and projects are in different phases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or similar field of study.
  • 1 year of experience.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook and Excel, with intermediate to advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
  • Ability to read blueprints and create red-lines or as-builts.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 or more years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Document control or ensuring all internal and external parties are aware of bids, change orders, or invoicing.
  • Create a P&L of every project for weekly review.
  • Code charges correctly to projects.
  • Support procurement in materials ordering.
  • Submit billing to Accounts Receivable so customers can be invoiced.
  • Take progress reports or dailies and create red line/as-built drawings.
  • Track and coordinate all project permits required for the completion of the project milestones.
  • Follow up with vendors regarding permits.
