Arrow Glass Industries, a residential, multi-family, and commercial glass company, is in search of a Multi-Family Admin Assistant. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Customer service, billing, invoicing and posting Order entry, review purchase orders, ensure shipment and delivery of materials Able to submit draws/pay application in a timely manner Coordinate project schedules, material, and equipment information Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management with attention to detail in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities Minimum two years of related purchasing or coordinator experience with knowledge of Excel, ERP software a plus Hours: Monday – Friday 7am to 4pm. Must pass a background check and drug test. Serious inquires need only.
