About The Position

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Coordinator for our Lambert Airport Program Management in St. Louis, MO . Be involved in Lambert Airport program and related projects and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. Your Impact Focus on helping our projects meet Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the overall success of the Lambert Airport Program. Support Project Management with contract administration. Guide and coordinate staff and assist in project management responsibilities, including oversight of project financial performance, adherence to project management and quality control plans. Assist in the management and coordination of enabling and related program projects. Work with Project Management to obtain data needed to complete agreements. Prepares project related reports and analysis. Assist with document controls in support of the project execution. Coordinate and assist with organizing program and team meetings.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 7+ years of project coordination experience within an engineering field
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work with virtual team members in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
  • Demonstrated creativity, foresight and mature engineering judgment, and successfully managing multiple projects/assignments.
  • Experience managing and reviewing project deliverables including planning and design documents, project reports, cost estimates, scopes of work, proposals, etc.
