We have an amazing opportunity for a Project Coordinator What we offer The Project Coordinator role is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week from 7:30-4:00 Mon-Fri (some flexibility on start and end time). This position includes Full Benefit Package and Competitive Wage

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative/project type of role
• Construction Environment considered a strong asset.
• Invoicing experience
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• File management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate.
• Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information.
• Ensure all calls and information is directed to the correct person.
• Lead and track the Departments AP and AR
• Manage various project related documents
• Track and report inventory allocation.
• Maintain employee paperwork
• Other duties as required/assigned.
