Project Coordinator
About The Position
Project Coordinator/Exterior Carpenter $28-35/hr This person is the right-hand man/lady of the the exterior PM. They typically go to the job in the am to get our roofing sub started including setting up containment to protect the landscaping, ensuring that the correct materials are on site, documenting change orders needed as they strip the roof off, getting any additional materials, meeting with the home owner on what to expect and ensuring things start well. Then that person will typically go to another former job to walk quality, develop and often complete a punch list, and get the property owner to review the completion. Sometimes, they would be collecting samples for matching purposes.
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in exteriors (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.). This experience could be as a Project Manager or as an installer
- Excellent communication skills required with both clients and Production/Project Manager
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to load/unload a ladder from atop a truck and must be able to climb a ladder onto a rooftop and feel comfortable with heights on roofs
- Experience with small punch list repairs to exterior projects
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Spanish speaking a plus, not a must
- Must be experienced with current technologies
- Drone operation a plus, not a must
