Job Title Project Coordinator What does a Project Coordinator do at Fiserv? As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Operational Verification and Validation (OV&V) team contracted to the Indiana State Family and Social Services Administration - Division of Family Resources. The Division of Family Resources receives applications and approves eligibility for Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the cash assistance program, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). What you will do: Manage the project budget with the project manager, including timecard updates and reconciliation of purchase orders, invoices, and timesheets across vendors and Fiserv. Build and maintain intuitive document and correspondence repositories that enable clear access and protect sensitive information when required. Analyze macro- and micro-level patterns in areas of responsibility and present data-backed findings to senior stakeholders. Serve as main point of contact between third-party vendors, the project manager, and Fiserv regarding contract questions, related personnel, and other project matters. Serve as main point of contact for OVV team members for technical issues related to state-issued equipment and/or state systems (IEDSS) Oversee and facilitate hiring workflows, including candidate communication, onboarding document upkeep, and coordination of administrative onboarding tasks (access, offer letters). Collaborate and work alongside the OV&V internal management team in areas of strategic growth and project management

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working with data, including but not limited to collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data
  • Experience in report creation and presentation tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in financial and/or bookkeeping work
  • Experience collaborating with key vendors through direct and indirect channels
  • Bachelor’s degree and related experience and/or military experience
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
  • This role is fully remote and requires a reliable internet connection to attend meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Worker must conduct all work while being physically located within the state of Indiana
