Summary The Project Coordinator provides critical support for projects and programs within an assigned Region or Division. Working closely with the Project Manager and field teams, this role supports day-to-day operational functions and ensures projects align with Henkels & McCoy (H&M) standards and methodology. The Project Coordinator will develop a thorough understanding of major H&M business components and their operational impact while upholding all safety and quality management protocols. We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our Kapolei, Hawaii office.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of general office administration experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong teamwork orientation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to a construction or utility field office environment preferred.
  • Some college or advanced coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the overall management of project activities and deliverables throughout the project life cycle.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute project reports and contract-related documents.
  • Recommend and assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Perform general office administration functions to support project operations.
  • Set up work orders within the MRP system.
  • Review and submit timesheets to payroll.
  • Claim production units and maintain related tracking.
  • Enter purchase requisitions and monitor purchase order spend.
  • Collect subcontractor and material tickets for accrual.
  • Prepare and process project invoices.
  • Attend department project/financial meetings and provide updates as required.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate project documentation.
  • Utilize MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, tracking, and communication.
