About The Position

The Project Coordinator supports the planning and execution of live events by translating approved technical designs into clear production plans. This role coordinates with internal teams and vendors, prepares production documentation, and supports on-site execution to ensure events are delivered on time, on budget, and to BlackOak standards. Requirements

  • 5+ Years of live event or technical production experience
  • Strong knowledge in at least one discipline Audio, Lighting or video with general knowledge of other disciplines.
  • Experience or knowledge of Flex Rental Solutions, Vectorworks and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong experience in installing event production equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with operating audio, video, or lighting consoles and switchers a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Convert technical designs into production documents and equipment plans.
  • Coordinate vendors, rentals, and internal departments.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Support or lead event installs, operation, and strike.
  • Field understanding of electrical capacities and proper, safe utilization of A/C power distribution equipment and generators.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Works well under pressure with a proven ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced setting, and meet deadlines and goals.
  • Experience with operating audio, video, or lighting consoles and switchers a plus.
