About The Position
Project Coordinator Job Summary PRG is seeking an organized expert for our RELO Intake Coordinator role. Key Responsibilities Office Responsibilities: Intake emails from utilities and determine if there is a potential conflict with the network. Maintain Smartsheet & appropriate trackers up to date. Follow up with city municipalities regarding permitting issues. Create & maintain metrics for dissemination by leadership. Required Skills and Qualifications 2-year experience in reporting and analytics GIS capability to open, interpret, and analyze KMZ/KML files Preferred college degree Skills and abilities: Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs Strong background in data analytics Strong communication skills and the ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands Salesforce experience preferred Work Environment The role will require walking, climbing stairs, and performing physical tasks in an office environment. PRG offers the following perks and compensation: $26 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. Mileage reimbursement for vehicle use. Health benefits include medical, dental & vision for you and your dependents on the first of the month following your start date. Requirements
- 2-year experience in reporting and analytics
- GIS capability to open, interpret, and analyze KMZ/KML files
