At Intrado, all of our work truly matters. The Project Coordinator - Level 3 supports projects for the Wireline and ESINet departments that range from low to moderate complexity. This role assists with scheduling, helps maintain project documentation, facilitates communication among project participants, and provides support for resolving issues. The coordinator helps ensure project tasks and milestones are completed as planned and aids in the smooth operation of project activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
  • Ability to assist with multiple projects at once
  • Basic experience with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with 911, ESINet, or Wireline preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and updating project schedules and work plans.
  • Monitor task progress and report on deadlines.
  • Participate in project meetings and document outcomes.
  • Help track project and individual tasks assigned.
  • Support follow-through on project tasks and communicate outcomes.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and share project updates and basic reports.
  • Assist in maintaining a project calendar to monitor timelines and daily assignments.
  • Help ensure project schedules are followed and changes are communicated promptly.
  • Organize and maintain project files for each phase and update project tracking tools.
  • Suggest minor improvements to processes or procedures.
  • Work with other teams to support project alignment and delivery.
  • Assist the Project Manager with resource coordination.
  • Help build positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Support adherence to organizational standards and policies.
  • Assist with quality checks to verify deliverables meet basic requirements.
