About The Position

Roberts Civil Engineering is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Municipal Division of the company. This Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the project manager to ensure that the company’s high standards are met, and clients are satisfied with our service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum two years’ experience in coordinating municipal or civil engineering projects (required)
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • United States Work Authorization (required)

Responsibilities

  • Create Word, Excel, and PDF documents
  • Coordinate with review authorities
  • Assist in proposals
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
  • Coordinate with clients
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
