About The Position

The Project Coordinator supports our clients capital construction and facility expansion projects across South Carolina, working closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth planning, execution, and go live activities. This role requires frequent onsite presence—including project meetings, walkthroughs, and go live support—at locations across Charleston and Columbia

Requirements

Experience support a project manager with administrative tasks to take workload off of there plate. These items may include but are not limited to planning, project meetings, walkthroughs, go live support, meeting notes, project documentation, meeting minutes.
Organizational and communication skills must be top notch. Experience working with all different levels of a business organization and having the ability to communicate effectively.
Experience in a healthcare environment. Working with clinical leaders.
Experience tracking documentation, project plants etc. using Smart Sheets and ServiceNow.
