This role is essential to keeping generator projects organized, on track, and executed to company standards.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in project coordination, service coordination, or sales coordination
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Experience with CRM systems, ServiceTitan preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical trades preferred
  • Blueprint reading or design mindset strongly preferred
  • Dispatching or customer service background a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule generator assessments, installations, and inspections
  • Process and qualify inbound generator leads and route them appropriately
  • Manage generator project schedules and track milestones from sale through completion
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and vendor resources
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and next steps
  • Ensure permits, inspections, and required documentation are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain accurate project records within CRM and internal systems
  • Track project progress and provide updates to leadership
  • Support a high level of customer satisfaction through organization and follow-through
