With our ongoing growth, we are looking to add a Project Coordinator. Job Description Investigate and prepare all necessary information to on-board new customers Prepare capacity assessment reports as needed Create and maintain project timelines Communicate and maintain project/job budgets Maintain project/job open issues log Maintain customer required systems related to product launches Maintain internal databases and lead internal/external meetings related to product launches Initiate and complete PO approvals for new product launches Kick-off outside suppliers as needed for new product launches Compile necessary information for engineering change quotes. Review PPAP requirements and ensure all documentation is complete. Assist in production process reviews and update production metrics when required.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing or related industry associate’s degree or related business experience.
  • High level organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor with high standard of ethical behavior
  • Must be process oriented and team player.
  • Must be proficient in office, and use of computers.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
