About The Position

Project Coordinator to lead the conversion of a conference room into a fully operational manufacturing line. The role involves planning activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing contractors, tracking project timelines, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing, facilities, or construction projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of regulated environments (OSHA, GMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Oversee physical modifications (electrical, HVAC, data, light construction).
  • Support equipment installation and commissioning.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and project budget.
  • Prepare progress reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
