Project Coordinator
About The Position
Project Coordinator needed in Dallas, Texas to manage boutique residential architectural projects from schematic design through construction, apply advanced design concepts, oversee technical development, coordinate with clients, and support team collaboration to ensure successful project delivery. Applicants must have the minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture plus a minimum of two years of experience in residential and commercial architecture, to include construction administration, budgeting, and value engineering techniques, as well as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Enscape in support of curated custom residential homes. Must have the ability to work in imperial and metric system units and have a knowledge of building codes in countries outside the United States for international projects. Will accept an educational equivalency prepared by a qualified evaluation service.
