The Project Coordinator provides essential administrative support that enables project delivery teams to maintain focus on technical execution while ensuring consistent application of PMO standards. This role serves as the operational foundation for process standardization, communication facilitation, and documentation management across the program, supporting both individual project success and overall program efficiency through dedicated administrative expertise and process support. This role will report to the PMO Lead and provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to project delivery teams across all regions. The Project Coordinator will facilitate communication, manage documentation, coordinate meetings, and support governance activities while ensuring consistent application of PMO standards and processes. This position enables Development Managers, Construction Managers, and regional teams to focus on technical project execution by handling routine administrative tasks and supporting process standardization across the program's annual projects.
