Summary: The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of process improvement initiatives that drive quality, efficiency, and patient experience across the organization. This role works closely with the Process Improvement, Patient Experience, and Volunteer Services teams to ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of project coordination or administrative support experience, preferably in healthcare or process improvement.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, quality improvement, or patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for multiple departments: Patient Experience, Volunteer Services, Process Improvement and Spiritual Care.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, action item trackers, and meeting agendas.
  • Manage large databases for accuracy and relevance.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data to support project decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership.
  • Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Support event planning for improvement initiatives.
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Assist in standardizing tools, templates, and processes.
