A Day in the Life In this role, you will be working with the Global Facilities Construction, Engineering, Design and Real Estate Group at Medtronic. As a Project Coordinator, you will manage a variety of projects to deliver on key business strategies and initiatives. Requirements

6+ years of Project Coordination/Administrative experience

Nice To Haves

Experience working with all levels in an organization
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Planisware, general software applications
Experience with Ariba, Planisware

Responsibilities

Provide project or program support to a functional group or business process
Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables
Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures
Gathers and compiles information for reports, power point presentations
Provides technical support, which may includes trouble shooting system issues and driving to resolution
Support the automated project intake process
Creating, tracking, and trouble shooting purchase orders
