What this Job Entails: The role develops detailed project plans and manages all solution development and implementation processes including resource estimation and allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery. Projects involve figuring out how to properly match the correct IT equipment to the right people/teams by tracking component level usage, recommending specifications and proactively reaching out to upgrade devices. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.
