With Site Leadership, you'll generate ideas and drive High Performance and Innovation with our Employee Engagement mindset, you'll provide administrative and project support to our senior leaders while serving as a trusted partner to various stakeholders and teams at MECC's critical Twin Cities manufacturing site and our various internal customers across Medtronic. You'll manage schedules and communications for the site leader and provide coordination and support to the site leadership team, while also driving initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and collaboration across the facility. This is a highly visible role where diligence, creativity, professionalism, and a “people-first” mindset are essential. Imagine starting your day by greeting familiar faces on the production floor, then heading into a leadership huddle where your input helps set priorities for the day. You'll manage the site leader's calendar, coordinate key meetings, and ensure communications flow smoothly across teams. Midday might include organizing an employee engagement event or brainstorming creative ways to strengthen culture. Later, you'll partner with leaders on operational projects, compile data for reports, and keep everything running seamlessly. Every day brings variety, visibility, and the chance to make a real impact in a critical manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of project and/or administrative support experience.

  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership or coordinating executive-level calendars and projects.

  • Comfortable being on-site full-time and occasionally during off-shifts for special events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for the site leader and leadership team with precision and professionalism.
  • This is a key individual who is trusted with spending authority and expected to be very diligent in management of those duties.
  • Plan and administer key leadership meetings, including room setup, troubleshooting tech issues, hosting online/live sessions, and leveraging MS collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook).
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff to ensure timely, accurate information flow and foster trust.
  • Support employee engagement and innovation initiatives and help build a strong, inclusive culture with our people across the site.
  • Provide project and program support, including tracking timelines, budgets, and status updates as well as contributing yourself.
  • Gather and compile data and information, which may be shared out for reports, meetings, dashboards and communications.
  • May assist with documentation, data review, and system updates.
  • Adapt to evolving operational needs, partnering with leaders and employees to support Medtronic Performance System implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented approach while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
