About The Position

As a Project Coordinator Intern, you'll assist consultants and project managers in the Customer Communications Center of Excellence. Your duties involve rebranding our content, enhancing process documentation, and creating templates. Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Relocation assistance is not provided. Program Dates: May 18 - July 24, 2026

Requirements

• Be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field of study with a graduation date of May 2027.
• Have knowledge of fundamental project management principles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for project management.
• Possess excellent organization, project planning, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Be detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.

Nice To Haves

• SharePoint experience is highly valued, and MS Visio experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with program managers to identify requirements for projects.
• Identifying and making recommendations for improvement to existing processes.
• Managing all phases of the project through the development process.
• Implementing requirements incrementally into the portal by priority and need.
• Maintaining ownership of and accountability for the project schedule.
• Performing basic analysis related to project tasks and effectively communicating project status.
