About The Position

As a member of the Advanced Manufacturing team, the Project Coordinator - IDEA will be responsible for: The Role: Your work will include, but not be limited to: Global project coordination for key advanced manufacturing projects, under the Lear Corporate IDEA initiative, focusing on Digitalization, AI and Automation. Track projects and report out key status changes as needed for all projects globally. Work closely with plant teams to help generate new ideas and escalate key issues in current projects as needed. Act as the main point of contact to the broader E-systems Advanced Manufacturing team, reporting out project metrics and status as required. Sync with AME representatives from other product lines to improve read across of ideas. Coordinate idea generation workshops to improve idea pipeline. Stay updated on key industry events, pertaining to Operations Efficiency. Support the development and expansion of internal global dashboard. Create project tracker dashboard and automated reporting, in Palantir Foundry.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in a related field: Engineering / Finance / Business.
• Project management experience in tech / automotive environment.
• 3+ years of project experience required.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Broad understanding of factory automation machinery and simulation tools.
• Experience with developing digital dashboards in Tableau / Power BI.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in automation, robotics, or high-speed, high-precision assembly.
• Experience in Agile / Waterfall project management.
• Experience working in the Palantir Foundry environment.
