ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Participates in conceptual design and provides full support throughout the entire project.
Coordinates with project team leaders for appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.
Provides support for the production of the construction documentation of the project.
Adept at BIM and other software used in the production of construction documentation.
Works directly with project architect/senior project coordinator and project team.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in architecture or equivalent is required.
Must have one or more years of experience or equivalent in an architectural office.
Additional industry certifications preferred (i.e., LEED, DBIA, CDT, etc.).
Basic understanding of state building, local city, and zoning codes is required.
Must have a “can-do” attitude, be a team player, and work well with others.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary range is between $55,000 and $75,000 annually.
