About The Position

As Diamond Assets continues to expand its deployment projects and client partnerships, the need for a dedicated Project Coordinator has become essential. This role will provide critical support in organizing, tracking, and executing large-scale deployments of Apple devices, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent client communication throughout the process. By managing project logistics, timelines, and documentation, the Project Coordinator will help streamline operations between internal teams, clients, and vendors. This position will allow Project Managers and technical teams to focus on strategic initiatives and execution, while ensuring all project details, communication, and follow-through are handled efficiently. Overall, adding this position will improve project organization, enhance client satisfaction, reduce errors, and increase the overall capacity of the deployment team to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Organized, logical, and willing to adapt quickly.
Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Knowledge of geographies and mapping
Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and use various software and database applications, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of Apple device deployment projects from start to finish.
Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of devices.
Track project progress, document updates, and maintain accurate records of deployment milestones and inventory status.
Prepare, organize, and distribute project documentation, including deployment schedules, device assignment lists, and configuration checklists.
Support the setup, configuration, and quality assurance of Apple devices prior to shipment or on-site deployment.
Coordinate logistics related to device shipping, receiving, and tracking to ensure timely fulfillment.
Identify potential project risks or delays and proactively communicate solutions to the Project Manager.
Assist in troubleshooting deployment-related issues in collaboration with IT and technical teams.
Ensure all devices are properly enrolled and managed in Apple Business Manager (ABM) and the appropriate MDM system.
Support post-deployment follow-up, including verification of device functionality, user satisfaction, and documentation of lessons learned.
Maintain professional communication and provide exceptional service to clients throughout the deployment process.
Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying efficiencies or best practices for future deployments.
