About The Position

The Customer Implementation (CI) Team ensures the seamless execution of customer orders after signing. This team collaborates closely with the Sales organization to bring the solutions outlined in customer contracts to life. After implementation, the CI team facilitates a smooth handoff to Flexential’s Support and Customer Success teams, ensuring that solutions continue to be well-supported and foster a strong ongoing customer relationship. The Project Coordinator will ensure a smooth and successful transition for our customers after they sign up for Flexential. They will manage transactional and small customer orders and collaborate with senior specialists and project managers on larger initiatives.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, project management, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of colocation and network solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a knack for overcoming obstacles.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to embrace continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to following established procedures.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and inquisitive with a "get things done" attitude.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (may vary).
  • Other training and experience may be substituted for the job requirements at the manager's discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams and service delivery partners to deliver technical solutions to clients.
  • Able to manage a high volume of transactional orders.
  • Develop and manage milestones using Smartsheet to track progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Analyze project performance using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Manage changes to project scope and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and all project stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
  • Provide support to senior Implementation Specialists as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned.
