About The Position

The Project Controls Lead manages cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions across capital programs. This role ensures accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and data‑driven decision support for program leadership.

Requirements

8+ years of project controls experience in infrastructure, marine, or transportation programs.
Proficiency in scheduling (Primavera P6), cost management, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain program‑wide cost models, schedules, risk registers, and performance dashboards.
Implement project controls systems, software tools, and reporting standards.
Track funding eligibility, allowable expenses, and compliance with federal/territorial requirements.
Support procurement planning, contract administration, and change management processes.
Provide real‑time reporting to support executive decision‑making.
Validate contractor cost proposals, schedule updates, and earned value metrics.
Maintain document control systems and ensure audit‑ready records.
