Project Billing Specialist
About The Position
Progress, milestone, or percentage of completion billing Accounts Receivable experience - required Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills (must be able to create/understand pivot tables and VLOOKUP) - required Billing Portal Experience - required Manufacturing Experience - required Audit experience - preferred Sales Tax experience - preferred Month-end close and account reconciliations - (must be able to work long hours the last day(s) of the month - includes weekends when last day of the month falls on Saturday or Sunday) - required ERP experience - required Ability to work in a team and alone - required Ability to lead AR conversations during weekly AR review - required Excellent data entry, analytical, and problem-solving skills - required Accounting degree or actively pursuing - preferred Excellent computer, verbal, and written skills - required Other Ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Accounts Receivable experience
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills (must be able to create/understand pivot tables and VLOOKUP)

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Two (2) to five (5) years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to implement continuous process improvement initiatives
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
- Billing Portal Experience (Ariba, OpenInvoice, etc.)
- ERP experience
- Sales Tax Experience preferred
