About The Position

Reeder Distributors, Inc. is seeking a detail-driven Project Billing Specialist with experience in construction or project-based billing to join our Equipment Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely billing while providing excellent customer support. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure projects are billed correctly and efficiently. Customer satisfaction and accuracy are at the core of this position. Location: Fort Worth (In-Office)

Requirements

Experience in construction billing, project billing, or job costing strongly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to communication and collaboration
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle a variety of personalities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma required

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams through clear, professional communication
Prepare and process accurate, timely project invoices based on job data and contract details
Review and update job information to ensure billing accuracy and system integrity
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and gather required billing details
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues quickly and effectively
Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet individual and team performance goals related to billing accuracy and turnaround time
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and communication standards
