About The Position

Administrative coordinator responsible for providing various support functions for investor relations and corporate services team. Manage and update various company databases, filing and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of secretarial business or administrative experience required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel and SharePoint experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, create and maintain internal databases.
  • Manage investor relations materials, listings and conference logs.
  • Assist with IR conference scheduling.
  • Manage internal meetings, coordinate meeting logistics with meeting organizers.
  • Filing and other administrative duties as assigned.
