About The Position

Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Performs multi-discipline administrative support for construction services, project management, engineering services, and system integrity departments. Provides logistical support for project activities using advanced technical knowledge of construction compliance administration. Collaborates with operational programs for input and maintenance, accounting functions, special projects and completing complex assignments and tasks to ensure projects are on schedule. Provides quality customer service and maintains good rapport with internal and external customers to resolve issues. The preferred work location for this position is Bismarck, ND but we are open to considering Billings, MT.

Requirements

  • A working knowledge of technology and business practices at a level normally acquired through completion of a two-year degree in a business-or technology-related discipline.
  • Must possess comprehensive knowledge of energy industry procedures and practices typically gained with four years of related energy industry experience.
  • Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
  • May be required to maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorship considered.
  • Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative, analytical, and technical support for engineers, project managers, measurement, construction services, system integrity, and other staff in a variety of tasks associated with the design, budgeting, construction, documentation, operation, and maintenance of pipelines, compressors, and measurement facilities.
  • Assists in preparing construction authorizations, layout and design of facilities, drawing preparation, and other documents necessary to initiate construction or maintenance activities.
  • Provides design, data entry, and maintenance of the work management system.
  • Responsible for managing and distributing work management system work orders as needed.
  • Supports internal and external customers and acts as a liaison between departments by consulting with operations staff to provide compliance administration and monitoring to support completion of complex assignments and tasks.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
