About The Position

The Project Architect will engage in all phases of K-12 projects, from conceptual design through construction administration. This role involves preparing quality presentation drawings and diagrams, contributing to design discussions and idea generation, and executing design work in both drawing and 3D image formats. The Project Architect will also be responsible for preparing schematic design, design development, and construction documents, as well as providing effective review mark-ups for in-house team members and outside consultants. Daily interactions and coordination with clients, consultants, and fellow employees are essential to this position.

Requirements

Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience utilizing Revit for construction documents and running construction administration.
Registered Architect with 10-15 years of experience.
Experience in architectural design, construction drawings, and schematic design.
Knowledge in K-12 projects.

Nice To Haves

Open to candidates without K-12 experience if strong in Revit and have worked on commercial projects.
