Project Architect (Columbia, SC) Partner with clients to understand their vision for the projects and to physically manifest those ideas in designs. Graphically represent ideas through renderings or other forms of visualizations using software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Powerpoint, Sketchup, Vray, Enscape in 2D drawing or 3D modeling. Create presentation-type drawings, diagrams, renderings. Assemble sets of construction documents including building codes review, site plan, floor plans, exterior and interior elevations, constructions details, schedules, etc. by using Revit, BIM 360 and AutoCAD. Lead small projects independently, and significant portions of large projects, with minimal supervision. Partner with clients to understand their vision for the project and to physically manifest those ideas in your designs. Graphically represent your ideas through renderings or other forms of visualizations. Have thorough knowledge of how to assemble a set of construction documents and specifications. Lead a team of individuals to successfully complete a project. Assemble specifications and documenting meeting minutes. Must be a self-starter, team player, and able to establish good working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, team members, and other employees. Strong presentation / public speaking skills. Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
