About The Position

Actalent is looking for an Architectural Designer. This person will be responsible for the following: Job Description Develops design and technical solutions under the general supervision of Project Architect Produces construction documents under general supervision. Assists in data collection, documentation, and analysis for programming and existing facilities assessment. Performs building and zoning code compliance reviews. Participates in construction administration tasks including submittal review, requests for information (RFIs), addenda and construction site visits under general supervision of Project Architect or Project Manager. Maintains project files Assesses, solves, and document-related issues during construction. Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.

Requirements

Bachelors of Architecture
2+ Years of Retail Project experience
2+ years with Revit OR AutoCad experience
2+ years of experience working in Pre-design, Programming, Design and completing Construction Documents

Responsibilities
