About The Position

As a Project Administrator – Planning, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the planning phase of national projects. Your work ensures accurate documentation, organized planning tools, and timely updates that enable project managers and stakeholders to execute confidently. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and compliance platforms (Smartsheet, ERP systems).
  • Clear and concise communication skills—written and verbal.
  • A proactive mindset with accountability for delivering measurable outcomes.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Experience in project planning or administration is strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Knowledge of lighting/electrical or a related construction field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Complete planning phases within established timelines and ensure all supporting documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain product specification sheets, manufacturer installation guides, and other required materials for every planned project.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to clarify requirements and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare visual aids, Gantt charts, and Smartsheet assets that support clear project timelines and deliverables.
  • Demonstrates excellent and effective communication skills and applies strong problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Complete all planning-related updates in ERP and Smartsheet within 24 hours of receiving new information.
