About The Position

As a Project Accountant at Bridge, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the financial oversight of our real estate development portfolio. You’ll take ownership of construction accounting, draw reviews, budgeting, and financial analysis across projects—partnering closely with internal teams, third‑party managers, and external consultants. This role offers the opportunity to work on large‑scale, complex developments and contribute directly to informed, strategic decision‑making throughout the full project lifecycle. Key areas of impact include: Reviewing and approving construction draws with an ownership mindset Partnering with our external consultant (Accenture) to manage draw processes and resolve questions Overseeing project budgets, cost controls, and contingency tracking Analyzing monthly financials, trial balances, and Net Asset Value calculations Supporting investor reporting, loan oversight, and joint venture accounting Helping transition projects from construction to operational status

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in construction accounting, real estate development, or property accounting preferred
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and financial reporting skills
  • Understanding of GAAP and joint venture accounting concepts
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Yardi or similar accounting systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child.
  • Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
