About The Position

The Project Specialist is responsible for post award entry and review of project information into the D365 Finance and Operations system, working closely with CX team members, Project Management and Operations. Requirements

A.S. in Business Administration or related field
Equivalent combination of related education and required work experience will be considered
Experience with Microsoft tools (i.e. D365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication and writing skills
Maintain confidential information
Interact with the community and employees
Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot when necessary
Excellent communication and decision-making skill

Responsibilities

Responsible for project setup in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
Work with Project Management and Operations to create project cost budget
Work with Project Management and Operations to monitor and perform invoice proposal task
Track client purchase orders and ensure reference where appropriate
Administration and review of projects in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
Support and participate in other company initiatives as directed by senior management
Perform other duties as assigned
