About The Position
This position may be located in Oklahoma City or Tulsa, Oklahoma. Programs Manager III E11C Annual Salary $62,235.40+ Full State Employee Benefits Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.
Requirements
- A master's degree and two years of professional experience OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education
- Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.

Responsibilities
- Manages the Residential & Child Placing licensing programs.
- Directly supervises one PM II and four PFRs throughout the state.
- Researches & writes agency policy and regulatory rules governing the operation of residential child care facilities and child placing agencies.
- Maintains knowledge of current state and federal laws that affect the residential and agency licensing program.
