About The Position

The Programmatic Coordinator supports the execution and performance of programmatic advertising campaigns across mobile and DOOH channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their programmatic career who is eager to build hands-on experience, develop platform expertise, and grow within a collaborative client services team. You will work closely with Programmatic team members to assist with campaign setup, optimization, pacing, and reporting, while learning foundational programmatic skills and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of mobile and digital advertising concepts
  • Strong familiarity with data entry and spreadsheet tools, including Excel or Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow within the programmatic space
  • Basic organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven track record of demonstrating required skills and responsibilities in a related role for approximately 1 to 1.5 years
  • Strong client-facing presentation skills and confidence
  • Exposure to programmatic or digital advertising platforms (DSP, SSP)
  • Experience supporting campaign reporting or performance analysis
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in programmatic or digital media

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of programmatic campaigns, including campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting
  • Conduct routine pacing and performance checks to ensure campaigns are delivering as expected
  • Pull data from platforms and internal systems to support performance analysis and reporting
  • Generate basic performance reports and help maintain campaign documentation
  • Be comfortable speaking with clients to help troubleshoot campaign issues (setup, pacing, performance, etc.) as well as review campaigns after completion
  • Support senior team members with data entry, QA checks, and campaign optimizations as directed
  • Learn and apply foundational skills across programmatic platforms, tools, and internal workflows
  • Follow established processes while developing strong attention to detail and execution accuracy
