The Programmatic Media Center of Excellence is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimization of large-scale programmatic media initiatives. As a Programmatic Channel Marketing Senior Associate on the Paid Media team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of complex digital advertising campaigns across programmatic platforms, leveraging both manual and automated (AI, agentic) methods. You should have advanced hands-on experience in campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization, as well as a strategic mindset for developing targeted media strategies. You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with internal and external partners, and promote process improvements through automation and workflow enhancements. You should also have advanced reporting experience, compliance oversight, and stay ahead of industry innovations.
