The Programmatic Campaign Manager is a skilled and diligent individual contributor responsible for the execution, optimization, and reporting of Citi's programmatic media investments within an in-house programmatic media team. This role requires demonstrating strong hands-on proficiency in media activation platforms, coupled with analytical skills to support optimization efforts and assist in the analysis of performance and quality metrics. The incumbent will focus on day-to-day campaign management, safeguarding Citi’s brand while contributing to business outcomes, and supporting the Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager in ensuring operational excellence. Reporting into the Group Manager, Lead Programmatic Media Strategist, this role is essential in executing against Citi’s internal approach and contributing to the effective use of strategic technology partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Programmatic Campaign Execution & Optimization: Execute and optimize programmatic media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring adherence to strategic objectives. Maintain strong hands-on proficiency in leading programmatic buying platforms, including DV360, to implement campaign architecture, bid strategies, and optimization techniques. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and assist in the analysis of programmatic metrics, including basic supply path optimization and media quality indicators. Generate regular performance reports and provide initial insights and recommendations. Platform & Tool Utilization: Utilize various AdTech/MarTech tools for campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, and reporting. Assist in the evaluation of new media solutions and features. Vendor Communication Support: Support the Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager in day-to-day communication with core programmatic vendors and technology partners, ensuring smooth campaign operations. Agency & Internal Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with agency partners and internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives. Operational Adherence & Quality Assurance: Adhere to established governance frameworks for programmatic media activities. Perform meticulous quality assurance (QA) checks on campaign setups, tracking, and reporting. Assist with documentation of campaign strategies and execution, and support billing reconciliation processes. AdTech Support: Contribute to the understanding and application of programmatic technology, assisting in research and discussions related to new and emerging technology utilization. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
