About The Position

Provides essential project and administrative office support, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Telework is not supported.

Requirements

  • Must have at least six (6) years of experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Manages office supplies, coordinating with vendors and maintenance staff to keep the workspace fully operational and professional.
  • Maintains and updates company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy, including tracking mobile devices and ensuring proper accountability, control, and lifecycle management of assigned equipment and organizational assets.
  • Acts as the point of contact for contract deliverables.
  • Coordinates and produces monthly reporting deliverables, ensuring data is accurate and error free
  • Maintains accurate tracking records and upload deliverables in the shared repository.
