The Program Support Specialist provides administrative and customer service support for the Academic Programs Department at FAES. This position requires proficient administrative skills and dedication to providing superior customer service and support. This is a full-time position, providing email and telephone support to FAES students and faculty during the regular business hours. The Program Support Specialist will work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week, which may fall outside of standard business hours to support evening in-person courses, workshops, or other FAES initiatives.
