The Program Support Assistant will work closely with the Community-Based Outreach Programs under the supervision of the Program Director, providing support to men and/or women. The main responsibility of this position is to greet substance-involved individuals entering the New Pathways Program who are seeking assistance, behavioral health services, and linkage to behavioral and physical treatment for individuals throughout the City of Philadelphia. The Program Support Assistant plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
